Making a complaint
If you are dissatisfied with your treatment as a patient, whānau/family or caregiver, you have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the service provided by the Peke Waihanga which can include:
1) Treatment by any Peke Waihanga team member.
2) The provision of any service in any limb centre
3) The provision of an artificial limb
4) Issue relating to how their personal or health information has been collected
