Jason Pore 

"From the age of five, Jason Pore knew he wanted to join the military. Starting in the infantry, he rose to become part of the elite New Zealand SAS unit. While on patrol in Afghanistan in 2003 he lost his leg when he ran over a landmine… he describes the pain as feeling like being stabbed with a hot knife. Now, 14 years later, he's leading the way for New Zealand once again as captain of the team competing in Toronto at the Invictus Games."
